1117|7|163|وَسْـَٔلْهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلَّتِى كَانَتْ حَاضِرَةَ ٱلْبَحْرِ إِذْ يَعْدُونَ فِى ٱلسَّبْتِ إِذْ تَأْتِيهِمْ حِيتَانُهُمْ يَوْمَ سَبْتِهِمْ شُرَّعًا وَيَوْمَ لَا يَسْبِتُونَ لَا تَأْتِيهِمْ كَذَٰلِكَ نَبْلُوهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْسُقُونَ
7:163. Ves’elhum anil karyetilletî kânet hâdıratel bahri iz ya’dûne fîs sebti iz te’tîhim hîtânuhum yevme sebtihim şurre’an ve yevme lâ yesbitune lâ te’tîhim, kezâlike neblûhum bi mâ kânû yefsukûn(yefsukûne).

7:163. Onlara, deniz kıyısındaki kasabanın durumunu sor. Hani onlar Cumartesi Günü Yasasını çiğneyerek haddi aşıyorlardı. Balıklar cumartesi günü ortaya çıkıyor, diğer günler ise gelmiyorlardı. Fasıklıkları1 nedeniyle kendilerini bu şekilde sınıyorduk.

1- Günaha sapan. Vahyin belirlediği sınırların dışına çıkan; iyi, doğru, güzel ve temiz şeylerden uzak kalan. İnanç olarak inanan, yaşantı olarak Kâfir olan.


7:163. And ask/question them about the village/urban city that was present (near) the sea/ocean , when they transgress/violate in the Saturday/Sabbath, when the fishes/large fishes/whales comes to them raised high/clearly showing (on the) day of their Sabbath/Saturday, and (the) day they do not observe the Sabbath by resting and worshipping (it) does not come to them, as/like that We test them because (of) what they were debauching .
